Emma Shackleton

Emma is a very experienced BESD teacher who has taught in both mainstream primary schools and pupil referral units. She has delivered training and outreach support to a variety of schools and Early Years settings throughout Birmingham for the past 13 years. Emma has worked as Inclusion Leader and outreach manager in a pupil referral unit. She is also a qualified Team Teach Instructor.



Simon Currigan

Simon is a very experienced teacher who has taught both in mainstream primary schools and pupil referral units. He was previously part of the Leading Teaching network in Birmingham, whose aim was to share good practice between schools, and has worked as the Centre Manager of a pupil referral unit. He has supported schools through outreach work for over eight years, delivering training and advice to a range of settings, as well as supporting children with re-integrations, statements and Education, Health and Care Plans.
