Whilst teaching can be undoubtedly be wonderfully fun, exciting and rewarding, there is no doubt that it is also stressful.

With so many balls to juggle in the air at any one time and ever changing policy and expectations, most teachers feel at least a little frazzled at some point in their teaching careers.

And along with workload, classroom behaviour is consistently cited as one of the main drivers of teacher stress.

Without the right support, consistently challenging behaviour from students can make teachers and teaching assistants feel demoralised and ineffective.
