What you'll walk away with:

You'll leave this session with more than theory - you'll leave with a ready-to-use toolkit that helps you calm classrooms, boost focus and support pupils with ADHD more effectively.

You'll learn:

  • 8 focus-boosting strategies that help pupils tune in, block distractions and finish tasks without constant reminders.
  • 7 simple organisation changes that reduce chaos, lost equipment and missed deadlines - so your pupils start (and end) lessons ready to learn.
  • Impulse-control games that retrain the brain for self-management - turning “I can't help it” into “I can do this.”
  • Positive behaviour techniques that actually work in the real world.

Plus: insight that changes how you see ADHD forever

Because this session doesn't just give you strategies - it changes how you think about behaviour.

You'll discover:

  • The truth about ADHD medication - what it does, what it doesn't and how to support pupils either way.
  • Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria - the hidden driver behind emotional outbursts, and how to respond in ways that build trust instead of triggering shutdowns.
  • The neuroscience behind ADHD - a simple, powerful explanation that helps you understand why behaviours happen and adapt every strategy with confidence.
